I was suffering from the pain on my shoulder and I couldn't lift up my arm all the way up at all. This was caused from the accident I had previously and was seeing another Orthopedic doctor on Maui. I wasn't very happy with that doctor. I heard about Dr. Eno from my friend. He didn't come up with my previous search when I had accident because his office was new to the island. I called them right away and I was able to schedule my appointment within 2 weeks and when I saw him he offered me Cortisone shot on my shoulder. If it didn't work, he was ready to operate my shoulder. 2 days after I received shot on my shoulder, Voila, I had no problem lifting my arm and no pain. I was so grateful and happy. My physical therapist who were working on my case said Dr. Eno must be really good because if he didn't give me shot at the correct area, it wouldn't have worked. I am very happy to know that there is great orthopedic doctor here on Maui now who I can trust.

I had my hip replaced by Dr. Thielen last June when he was still at Kaiser. Aside from being a highly skilled, rockstar surgeon he is incredibly down-to-earth and humble. My surgery went really well, my recovery with Swift and the quality of my life—especially in the athletic department—has improved dramatically. No more pain when deadlifting, snatching, surfing etc. Huge congratulations to Dt Theilen and his team for opening up the new practice. I highly recommend Dr Thielen and team for any orthopedic issues!

Dr. Thielen is at the top of his profession. I had anterior minimally invasive total hip replacement in my left hip. I am in my 70's. Six days after surgery I walked comfortably with only a cane. A few days later I also ditched the cane. In addition to surgical skill, Dr. Thielen and his entire team were responsive, efficient, nice people. I never felt like "just another client."

Best Orthopedic Surgeon I have seen! Dr. Theilen has a skill that no other surgeon has. I had a total anterior hip replacement and he explained the entire process. If I had questions or concerns his staff were ready and willing to help. If you have a medical issue that requires an orthopedist, I highly recommend you to see Dr. Theilen. His bedside manner was sincere, honest and kind. If you need surgery on your hip or knee he is the doctor to see. The surgery I had went well and I was out of the hospital 4-5 hours after the surgery. It wasn't necessary to stay the night. His total hospital team is exemplary and before you know it , the surgery will be done. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment. His office is busy but they will do everything to get you in timely to see Dr. Theilen.
